Fixing Boundary Road Update

As most people are well aware, the state of Boundary Road, as the access point to our Doctors’ Surgery, is a disgrace.  When patients on mobility scooters, and mothers with prams have to run the gauntlet of potholes and puddles; when emergency vehicles have problems, and when patients cannot walk to see their doctor in safety, then something must be done to FIX BOUNDARY ROAD.

Connan McStay of Portraits by Pear Tree has made a fantastic video

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to FIXING BOUNDARY ROAD.  Thank you to all the residents, the retail traders and businesses of Grayshott, and patients of the surgery who have sent in cheques.  All of the donations are making a big difference, to the extent that we are in sight of achieving our aim of getting a really good road access to the Doctors Surgery.

boundaryroadSo far we have raised just over £70,000 of our target of £80,000 so we still need another £9,000.  We are ever hopeful that Surrey CC  might make a donation but if anyone has any influence in Surrey, (or indeed with anyone else with money) please do encourage them to contribute as we would love to hear from them.

Please tell all your friends and patients of the Surgery as ONE MORE PUSH will Fix Boundary Road.

Cheque donations should be made payable to BOUNDARY ROAD RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION and posted to  Julia Tarento,   The Haven, Boundary Road, Grayshott, GU26 6TX.

Please include your address so we can write and thank you.
