Running for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice!

file-04-01-2017-09-24-11-minHi there neighbours! A plea for help from me, as I am raising money for our local hospice, the Phyllis Tuckwell! I am a local girl from Grayshott and I’m doing two big sponsored runs for them this year, the first is coming up this Saturday 7th Jan, I am flying up into the arctic circle to run the POLAR NIGHT HALF MARATHON! The forecast says there will be a blizzard (!) and minus 3 degrees on that day so it is a big challenge for me to run 13.1 miles in these conditions! If anyone out there would like to help me to raise money for the hospice by sponsoring me for this run, I would be most grateful! I am then running the London Marathon for them this April, but tackling the races one at a time! My link for sponsorship is below…

As I am a local, you may have seen me out and about pounding the pavements come rain or shine for my training… Do give me a beep for encouragement if you see me!

Lastly to say that this is such a great cause, the hospice needs £20k per day to operate and give care for free, to those that need it most. They are angels and I am proud to be helping them where I can. I am personally funding my trip for this first race and any sponsorship I raise will go straight to the hospice, so any donation to my just giving page, big or small, would be most welcome!

Thank you all!
